Back in March I was keen to explore more of the events taking place in Cardiff.
I came across a short film screening at Ffotogallery that was showcasing Welsh Short Film Artists, I loved it I even cried.
What I love is Ffotogallery really provides an opportunity for creatives to connect by hosting many events at the gallery.

It can happen to any of us. We need to remove the stigma about food banks.
Through my experience it has shown me that without community most of us would suffer.
It has opened my awareness that food banks not only supply food but they also offer laundry powder, toilet paper, toothpaste, soup and more.
My only concern with food banks is the nutritional benefits, if I could change one thing about a food bank I would encourage more people to donate more nourishing items.
Superfoods such as cocoa (this is full of vitamin c, magnesium +++), Chia seeds, Flaxseeds, Pumpkin seeds, and more!
This is my vlog, I do these vlogs to spread awareness and to remove stigma about going to the food bank.
Food banks have been a requirement long before covid. Lets normalize it!
