MISS KIFF VLOG // Beach Life & I got fined R500

It's been two weeks since I have uploaded a vlog. What I noticed is that my life had to slow down, I was not satisfied with the content I was putting out because I had thought that Vlogtober would have helped inspire me. Unfortunately, it became quantity over quality. 

I am a big believer in self-reflection and I decided to reflect is this true for me? Vlogtober is not what I love, I love producing content where there are highlights or behind the scenes to certain endeavors. Additionally, I love sharing my reflection points. 

During the last 2 weeks, I was faced with rebellious thoughts, I allowed myself to explore those options, I quickly realized this was my sabotaging self, and its time to focus on how can I channel this energy. I landed up having a fantastic meeting with Salvatore Bruno and my week two became a transformation. 

The video below highlights what my week has been like. The biggest lesson is to be kind to yourself to slow down and reflect. What lessons have been coming up for you?

Creative Industry needs change - Would you agree?

This is my approach to Digital Marketing Strategies specifically towards the creative industry (Audio, Music, Video, Film, Photography)

I am dedicating myself to helping the creatives with organic strategy, monetisation opportunities, and content repurposing.

I would highly recommend keeping an eye on Unity & Motion new project Unify that is bridging the gap between equality in the Creative Industry, we have different approaches but both of us are focusing our attention on inspiring the youth and addressing topics that need discussing. Ashley Samuels-Mckenzie fantastic connection that I have made recently and I look forward to seeing the project evolve. My personal approach is as a collective we can achieve more because the end goal is what is important diversity and shift.

Below I address in an informal discussion how the industry was prior to covid and where is the opportunity now with the approach to digital marketing. This is opinion-based however I have fantastic evidence that supports my forecast in the global shift in opportunity, digital skills, and inequalities that will be discussed in my blog post which will be published later tonight.

I have been blessed to be part of the creative industry, I have been actively involved for 12 years, hosting my own events, djing, producing, show hosts, podcasts, video, photography, decor, and the list continues. 

2 months ago I made the decision to hit the pause button, I found myself not having direction. I have all these skills but defining my niche has been tough. Through a synchronized job interview and with a lot of reflection it only makes sense that I help give back to the industry that I am obsessed about. 

I am transforming my channel more towards the creative industries for digital marketing strategies, monetisation opportunities, and content design strategy. I have tons of strategy and hustle that I can not wait to share with you! 

All tips are launching from November 2021, I am redesigning the layout of my website to create more of a user experience.

Vlogtober Day 4 // WORST PCR TEST // Wait What? Another 4 Weeks?

I have finally reached 14 days of quarantine and I decided to go for another PCR test to ensure that I am negative before I am due to fly to the UK. I never expected to have the worst PCR test I have ever had, I feel violated is this seriously the new normal? I think it's human abuse! My test results will come on Wednesday, however, they said I could still be positive for up to 6 weeks! This is ridiculous, another 4 weeks of quarantine? What's the point of a 10-day isolation then?
